• In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking. • Cancellation 0 - 14 days before the date of arrival, or no-show: Visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit paid. • Cancellation 15 - 28 days before the date of arrival: Visitor forfeits 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater). • Cancellation 29+ days before the date of arrival: Visitor forfeits 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).

Max occupancy 8 guests in total, including children over 2 years. Only the guests as per booking allowed. No parties that will cause disruption to the neighbours. We have a great relationship with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way. Music inside the house is allowed till 22h00. Please respect our neighbours when you consider the volume of your playlist. No music to be played outside the house. Please do not leave your children unattended on the beach or in the ocean and keep an eye on sand toys and inflatables so that the tide doesn’t carry them away. Thursday is refuge removal, please put the bin out early on a Thursday morning. HannasRus is a non-smoking house. There is a R1,000 fine for smoking inside. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts in the refuse bin outside. Do not throw your cigarette butts down in the garden or on the beach. Please dispose of bottle caps, empty cans and plastic bottles. Do not litter in the garden or on the beach. Please assist us in keeping our beach clean by picking up any litter that you find and throwing it in the refuse bin. The ocean will thank you for being an eco-warrior! Please do not use bath towels on the beach. We provide beach towels for this purpose. Please use the foot bath outside to rinse the beach off your feet. Please ensure the beach towels and patio cushions are stored inside and all doors are locked at night before going to bed. You are welcome to make use of the kayak at your own risk. Please wear the life vests provided. Kindly leave the house in the same condition as you have received it. We treasure this beautiful house, and we hope you do too. Accidents happen. Please mention at checkout time if anything broke or is not working so that we can attend to it. Please note that a cleaning fee may be deducted from the breakage deposit should the house be left with excessive dirty dishes and/or stained linen or any other professional cleaning that might be required. The Refundable Breakage Deposit is a security bond made between you - the guest - and HannasRus Beach House, which is taken on the understanding that the guest will take care of and cause no damage to the rented property during your stay. The breakage deposit of R1,500 is payable with the booking fee and is refundable after departure, subject to no damage, missing inventory, or out-of-the-ordinary cleaning requirements. The Refundable Breakage Deposit is paid back within 14 days after checkout. We return the refundable breakage deposit via EFT. Please ensure that you forward us your banking details to ensure payment for the refund within 14 days.

NO Refunds will be given for whatever reason if the guest decides to leave earlier than their departure date. Should TV sets, air conditioning units, Wifi or electrical appliances go faulty during your stay, we will do our utmost best to have them repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, no deduction in accommodation fees will be allowed for delays beyond our control. Neither the OWNER nor HannasRus BEACH HOUSE shall be responsible for any damages/losses of whatever nature, nor shall they be responsible for any personal injury which may be sustained in or about the holiday premises by the GUEST or any other person to whom such injury may be caused, and the GUEST hereby indemnifies the OWNER and HannasRus BEACH HOUSE against any claims of whatsoever nature that may be made against the OWNER and HannasRus BEACH HOUSE by anybody in respect of personal injuries sustained or in respect of the loss of or any damage to anything contained in or brought into the leased premises. This provision shall apply notwithstanding that any loss, damage or injury therein referred to may occur or be sustained in consequences that may be done or omitted by the OWNER or HannasRus BEACH HOUSE whether negligently or otherwise. Kayak use is optional and at the own risk of the GUESTS. Life vests are provided. The OWNER and HannasRus BEACH HOUSE shall in no way be liable for any injury or possible loss of life. GUESTS use the kayak at their own risk. Maximum occupancy 8 GUESTS in total, including children over 2 years. No additional people will be allowed to join the booked number of guests for the duration of the stay. GUESTS agree to NOT causing any noise or nuisance, which would in any way, disturb the quiet and peaceful occupation of the neighbours. HannasRus BEACH HOUSE is a NON-SMOKING establishment and a fine of R1,000 will be imposed should this rule not be adhered to. HannasRus BEACH HOUSE is self-catering. Some complementary goods are provided on arrival however from there on GUESTS are responsible for their supplies for the rest of their duration.
